Yerba Mate, Kale (16%), Japanese Matcha Green Tea, Moringa, Spirulina, Black Peppercorns, Cayenne (2%). Naturally contains caffeine.
Tea 1g, Water 1 fl oz, Temp. 90°C, 6 fl oz milk
Add matcha to cup with hot water. Whisk to fine paste with traditional bamboo whisk or electric milk frother. Add hot or cold milk of choice (we love Rude Healths almond, oat or tiger nut). Optional: add honey to sweeten.
