Our fortifying matcha is made from high-grade, finely ground Japanese Tencha leaf.

Brewing Guide
Use fresh water and a traditional bamboo whisk or mini electric milk frother.
Tea 3g, Water 30ml, Temp. 80°C
Put the matcha powder in a wide cup or matcha bowl. Add the water and whisk until smooth and lightly frothy, then top with water or milk.

HOW TO BREW Ceremonial Matcha
ADD MATCHA
Add 3g of matcha to a wide cup or matcha bowl.
ADD WATER
Pour in 30ml of water at 80°C. Avoid boiling water.
WHISK
Using a bamboo whisk or mini electric frother, whisk until smooth and lightly frothy.
TOP WITH WATER OR MILK
Top with water or milk.
