How To Brew The Perfect Matcha Latte
Step 1.
Add 2 scoops of Matcha to bowl. Approx. 1g in total.
Step 2.
Wet with a little water (15ml) at a temprature of 70°C and not boiling water!
Step 3.
With bamboo whisk, gently whisk to form a smooth paste without lumps.
Step 4.
Add an additional (70ml) of water at a temprature of 70°C and not boiling water!
Step 5.
Mix in a zig, zag motion, until rich and foamy and consistent in texture.
Step 6.
Add too hot milk of your choice, or pour over milk and ice in a tall glass for an iced matcha latte.
