Below is a list of all the chargeable shipping methods that we offer for both domestic UK deliveries and worldwide international deliveries.

We usually dispatch orders the same day of your order if the order is received by 14.00 GMT. This only applies on working days and not at the weekends. However if you require an urgent delivery and you are placing your order after 14.00GMT please contact us by emailing tea@jeevesandjericho.com or call us on 0044 (0)1993 706767 before placing your order.

Items ordered for next working day delivery with either Royal Mail or UK Mail after 14.00 GMT may not be processed until the following working day, we always do our very best to process any orders placed before this time, however unfortunately this is not always possible at extremely busy times of the year such as Black Friday & Cyber Monday weekend as well as during the Christmas period. Our website automatically calculates the shipping charges based on the items you're ordering and your delivery address, and it will offer you the best available rates once it knows this information. The easiest way to work out shipping costs is to go through the website ordering process as if you were going to order the items you would like, then on the final page of the checkout process before you pay you'll be given a list of available shipping options.

Once you've received your shipping confirmation email, letting you know that your order is now on its way to you.  At this stage we would have blended, bagged, packed and dispatched your order then put it in the hands of your chosen courier.

It always makes us very happy when things run like clockwork, but on the very rare occasion due to circumstances outside of our control, your order may take a little longer to get to you than expected, please remember this is usually down to the courier. ROYAL MAIL WILL NOT CLASS AN ITEM AS LOST OR MISSING FOR 15 WORKING DAYS, AND WE ALWAYS ASK THAT YOU WAIT FOR 7 DAYS BEFORE REPORTING YOUR PARCEL IS LOST. UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN NOT TAKE ACTION UNTIL THIS TIME HAS PASSED. During this time we recommend that you ask your local sorting office if they've already tried to deliver (even if they haven't left a card) and ask your neighbours if your order has been left with them.  You should also check that the delivery address you gave us is correct, this can be found on your original shipping confirmation email that we sent to you shortly after you placed your order online.

If your delivery still hasn't arrived after 7 days and you have performed the above steps then please email us at tea@jeevesandjericho.com with your order number #13***** letting us know. We realise this can be a very frustrating situation and we appreciate your patience while your order makes its way to you.

Domestic UK Deliveries

Spend £35+ For Free UK Shipping
When your order value exceeds £35 and fyou will automatically qualify for free 2nd Class Royal Mail shipping as long as your delivery address in the UK.                      
UK Mail Timed Delivery
Need speed and reliability? UK Mail's timed delivery is the answer!  Guaranteed delivery by 1600hrs the next working day Monday to Friday. (Saturday delivery is available at an extra charge unfortunately no Sunday delivery service is available at this time)
Royal Mail First Class
Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class items the next working day including Saturdays however this cannot be guaranteed and is in the hands of Royal Mail.
Royal Mail Second Class
Royal Mail aim to deliver Second Class items the third working day after posting including Saturdays, with a small minority taking up to 7 working days. 
UK Mail Next Working Day
Trackable next working day by 18.00GMT delivery Monday to Friday.
You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is shipped and will be able to use this to keep an eye on your order via the Interlink Express online tracking service at
UK Mail Premium Saturday Delivery
Trackable Saturday delivery by 18.00GMT. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order has been shipped from us on the previous Friday, and will be able to use this to keep an eye on your order via the  UK Mail online tracking service at

EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD
 

Unfortunately due to very strict customs control, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Canada and UAE. Should this situation ever change we will automatically update our shipping policy.

International Tracked & Signed

Tracked & Signed is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation.

International Tracked

Ideal for sending important or valuable goods, offering tracking at five points after dispatch as well as an online confirmation of delivery.

International Signed

Your item will be tracked until it leaves the UK and only handed over at its final destination once the delivery company obtains a signature from the recipient.

All Royal Mail Tracking and Signature services offer delivery to Europe within 5 working days, and worldwide within 10 working days.

The availability of Royal Mail Tracking and Signature services depends on where your parcel is going. See the Royal Mail list of destinations and their services.

Where applicable, you’ll be able to track your item via their Track and Trace service.

International Standard

No tracking. Delivery time 14 working days worldwide however can take longer due to worldwide circumstances beyond our control.
