Subscription Term

The Jeeves and Jericho subscription runs over a period of 3 months.

Customers may choose a delivery or purchase frequency of:

• weekly
• bi-weekly
• once a month

The selected frequency will determine how the 3 purchases are scheduled during the subscription period.

Subscription Commitment

By subscribing to the Jeeves and Jericho subscription, the customer is committing to making no fewer than 3 purchases under the subscription.

The discounted subscription price is offered on the basis of this minimum 3-purchase commitment. By accepting the discounted subscription price, the customer agrees to fulfil this minimum purchase requirement.

Qualification for Discounted Price

The discounted subscription price is only available to customers who subscribe to an eligible Jeeves and Jericho subscription and commit to completing at least 3 purchases.

If the customer does not complete the minimum 3 purchases, the customer will not have satisfied the conditions of the discounted subscription offer.

Early Cancellation Before 3 Purchases

If the customer cancels the subscription before completing the minimum 3 purchases, the customer will be treated as having failed to meet the conditions of the discounted subscription offer.

If the customer cancels the subscription immediately after making only 1 purchase:

• the customer will forfeit the ability to resubscribe to the Jeeves and Jericho subscription; and
• any discount redeemed on the initial purchase will become automatically payable using the original payment method.

Jeeves and Jericho reserves the right to recover any discounted amount applied where the customer cancels the subscription before completing the required 3 purchases.

After 3 Purchases

Once the customer has completed a minimum of 3 purchases under the Jeeves and Jericho subscription, the minimum commitment will be considered fulfilled.

After that point, the customer may amend or cancel the subscription at any time, subject to any other applicable billing, renewal, or notice requirements.

Additional Terms

• The discounted subscription price applies only to eligible subscriptions.
• The subscription term is 3 months, with the customer selecting either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly purchase intervals.
• The minimum commitment of 3 purchases forms part of the subscription offer.
• Failure to complete the 3-purchase commitment may result in loss of discount eligibility and forfeiture of resubscription rights.
• Jeeves and Jericho reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or update this policy at any time.
